The Gilead Project was a significant feat, involving a critical HVAC Tenant Improvement (TI) within one of the buildings on Gilead’s expansive campus in Foster City, California. ATS proudly provided top-notch BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Construction Services for this endeavor. The primary challenge in a Plans & Specs project of this nature was to meticulously dissect the Plans & Specs, ensuring the practicality of the HVAC system’s construction.
