The GAP Penthouse Project was a monumental undertaking, involving a Roof Penthouse HVAC System Full Replacement that covered 960-tons of cooling across two buildings. ATS proudly served as the Prime Contractor, providing HVAC Engineering, In-House Construction Services, and expert management of permitting, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and all subcontractors directly for the building owner.
